How long does shipping take within the GCC?

For orders within the UAE, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via our express courier partners.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for customers in the UAE and KSA. You can also pay securely using major credit cards, Apple Pay, or Tabby for interest-free installments.

How can I know if a product is suitable for my skin type?

What is your return policy for skincare products?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Damaged items will be replaced immediately.
